Stine RiIs wins H&M Design Award

Winner of H&M’s design award is Stine Riis a graduate from the London college of fashion.

She presented her winning collection at Stockholm’s Mercedes Benz fashion week.
Riis was chosen for the ‘maturity and modernity of her work’ by a grand jury, which included fashion designer Christopher Kane, noted fashion journalists Hilary Alexander and Kristopher Arden Houser, fashion blogger Susie Lau, H&M’s creative advisor Margareta van den Bosch and H&M’s head of design, Ann-Sofie Johansson.

I think Riis collection would sell really well in London, as it shows something different and unique. Her designs are definitely something I would wear, so I’m hoping they are going to make an appearance in some of the larger H&M’s around London.
